Description:

Provides city of Memphis department which cleans storm drains and provides routine maintenance and emergency repairs on public culverts, ditches and drains. Also repairs and replaces missing manhole covers. City residents may report clogged or blocked storm drains to either the main Drain Maintenance office (901-357-0100) or through 3-1-1. If street flooding is occuring after hours and water is entering a home, please call 901-6362525 for emergency management
