Description:

Investigates allegations of payment of less than minimum wage, non-payment of overtime wages, wrongful employment of minors under age 18, withholding more than court specified amount in garnishments, non-compliance with any provision for employment under government contracts (e.g. wages, hours, benefit packages). Regulates and monitors payment of training wage provided for under minimum wage law. Memphis is now served by the Nashville office.
