Description:
This office handles both criminal matters and civil lawsuits. Appeals from this court go to circuit court. This location allows persons to file lawsuits, make payments, request wage garnishments or levies on bank accounts to satisfy court-ordered payments, file to have a tenant evicted, pay traffic tickets, file for an expungement and other services. NOTE: This location is unable to process or present matters which need the immediate attention of a Judge. For immediate court transactions, contact the main office downtown (140 Adams Avenue, Room 106, Memphis 38103 901-222-3400).
