Description:
Probation program for Macon County youth who are court ordered to receive probation services. The probation officer assists the youth in enforcing the judges orders, helps them deal with court and community issues, informs the court of the juvenile's behavior and circumstances, addresses the juvenile's needs, and recommends or refers juveniles to appropriate treatment programs. Law enforcement agencies can call when a child needs to be placed in the Juvenile Detention Center or in the custody of the Tennessee Department of Children's Services.

Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Youth services officer is on call 24 hours a day

Eligibility:
Must be court ordered to be on probation. Juvenile probation for ages 19 and under if delinquent and age 18 and under if unruly.
