Rehabilitates delinquent boys for successful reintegration into community. Provides structured environment with in-house school, psychological services, tutoring, recreational therapy, behavioral modification and counseling related to strengthening each resident's relationship with his family. Intensive staff supervision for security purposes with 24-hour awake staff provided. Volunteer and community resources utilized.

Visitation is limited to immediate family (parents, siblings, grandparents and children) but visitors must be approved by staff; this information is mailed to family within 24 hours of admission to the center.
