Volunteer opportunities include the Harriman Police Volunteers in Public Service (VIPS).
Volunteers in Public Service: VIPS volunteers will be involved in a variety of police events such as parades, safety fairs, special events and regular police work.

Office hours: Mon-Fri: 8:30 am-4:30 pm

Eligibility:
VIPS: Anyone who wishes to volunteer his/her time and skills to the police department.
Harriman Police Explorers: Open to young men and women 14-20 years old who are interested in a career in the criminal justice system.
