Provides legal advice and representation in selected non-criminal matters to elderly and low-income people; legal areas covered include consumer issues (such as consumer contracts and warranties); credit, collections and loan issues (including monthly bankruptcy clinic); legal problems with utilities, public benefits or housing; family law and custody issues; wills and powers of attorney, and neglect, abuse or exploitation of elderly. Also provides community legal education and outreach. Maintains list of pro bono attorneys. Call for appointment. NO Walk-Ins
