Just City is a non-profit organization that provides services to people seeking to clear criminal records in Memphis, Tennessee. This process is called expungement. The Just City!€™s Clean Slate State Fund helps people determine whether they qualify, helps them understand the process, navigates it with them, and pays the expungement fee. Just City's mission is transform local criminal justice policy and practice to ensure it is fair for all people, regardless of wealth, race or ethnicity.

Intake Process:

Complete the intake form at cleanslatefund.justcity.org; must provide a phone number, DOB (date of birth) and the name used at the time of the arrest and a trusted number for follow-up contact.
