Intake Hours: Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 4:00 pm; Fri 9:00 am -12:30 pm; leave a message and calls will be returned within two days

Eligibility:

Persons facing housing discrimination, predatory mortgage lending, landlord/tenant issues. For most help, persons must be a US citizen or legal resident, have low income and limited assets. However, special funding allows MALS to help the elderly, those with foreclosure prevention, mortgage default and other housing matters, including tax issues, even if client is not low-income. Call to see if your situation is eligible for help.
