Provides assistance and advocacy BY APPOINTMENT ONLY at this time to parents/guardians needing to recover nonpaid child support and establish paternity for parents who are not married. You may call or email.
Hours:
Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00pm. Closed on all major holidays.
Intake Process:
Walk-in or mail in application. Need to bring in necessary documents and information about the person they would like to collect support from.

No Fee
Eligibility:
Anyone in Anderson County who needs assistance with child support. Referrals received from DHS and DCS.
