Description:

Provides comprehensive child support services, including a parent locator unit, paternity establishment through on-site DNA testing, and the creation, enforcement, or modification of child support orders in Shelby County through Veritas Child Support Services.

Note: Assistance is available in person by appointment at either of the two local offices listed. Phone and email assistance are also available; you can email Judicialdistrict30.DHS@tn.gov or call for support.

Hours:

COVID-19 HOURS: BY APPOINTMENT ONLY; REGULAR HOURS: Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; DNA testing Mon - Fri 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Call or email for assistance (Judicialdistrict30.DHS@tn.gov) for information and to schedule an appointment. SHELBY COUNTY PARENTS still go to Juvenile Court building, 616 Adams Avenue, for child support hearings. Agreed orders held at 3915 S Mendenhall Road
