Description:

Provides twice a month pro se divorce clinics with one-on-one assistance for low-income couples wanting to divorce without the expense of retaining an attorney. MALS staff and volunteers will provide forms needed to file and complete an uncontested (pro se) divorce in court, with help in completing forms and guidance on taking the first steps toward filing for an uncontested divorce. The clinic requires pre-registration (limited attorneys for this program). There is also a Family Law Advice Group, which deals with other aspects of Family Law.

Mon - Fri 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
