One WillCo is a non-partisan 501(c)3 non-profit that works to ensure safety and equitable outcomes for students of color in Williamson County schools. If a student is experiencing bullying or harassment due to their race or ethnicity, agency staff work with them to help them file a complaint, understand policies and procedures of the school, and address administration and teachers to help remedy the situation.
