Offers three schools: Adult High School, Alternative High School and Transition School. The Alternative High School is for MNPS students who engaged in inappropriate behavior at another school. The Transition School serves students in grades 9-12 and ages 14-18 who are returning from short-term incarceration, violated probation or pre-trial diversion and have been on probation for a year or less. The Adult High School provides flexible schedules that are tailored to meet the special needs of working adults and utilizes the A+ Credit Recovery computer program.

Intake Process:
Those entering the Transition School are referred by DCS or the juvenile justice system. Those entering the Alternative High School are referred by other MNPS schools where they have had disciplinary problems. Those wishing to apply to the Adult High School may complete the online application.
