Memphis Leadership Foundation - Excel Leadership and Scholarship Program

Description:

College and career readiness is offered to high school seniors. Provides faith-based partial scholarships to urban Memphis youth to partner schools Union University in Jackson and Bethel University. Sometimes scholarships are available to other schools as well. Program offers leadership development, academic support, spiritual growth and service opportunities as well as a partial scholarships. Application Dates-Partner schools due by February, Supplemental due by May.

Eligibility:

High school seniors from urban Memphis who qualify; An applicant must be a Tennessee resident, and have a minimum ACT score of 18 and a high school GPA of 3.0 or higher and must provide transcripts, recommendation letters and other supporting documents listed on the application
