CAP provides free after school tutoring and mentoring services to K-12 students who are underserved. Services include bus transportation to CAP and back home in Gallatin, hot meals, tutors, mentors, school supplies, college preparatory programs and more in Sumner County.
Hours:
Office Hours: Mon - Thu 10:00 am - 6:00 pm; After School Hours: Mon - Thu 2:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Intake Process:
Referral required by church, school counselor or social services; requires proof of need and proof of being on some form of public assistance; also requires medical insurance card, school records/grades and completed application
Program Fees:
$50.00/year family registration fee

Underserved/at risk children in grades K-12 in Sumner County
