Description:
Provides ethnic community-based programs and services to address unique concerns of refugees and immigrants in the Memphis area. Offers tutoring, literacy and citizenship preparation and helps with cultural navigation and integration support, leadership development and community building program, including an after-school program for refugee students and ESOL classes for adult refugees. After-school program meets Mon - Thu 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm at multiple sites; ESOL classes meet Mon - Thu from 10:00 am - 11:30 am and again from 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm and includes free nursery service. DTD Partner Agency.
