The Helen Ross McNabb COVID-19 Helpline provides resource assistance and emotional support for residents of Blount, Knox, Loudon, Monroe, and Sevier Counties who would like information about the COVID-19 pandemic. Offers support to those experiencing stress, feeling overwhelmed, and needing assistance navigating community resources during the pandemic.
The helpline can be reached at 855-661-9191 and is answered from 8am to 5pm, Monday-Friday.
