Provides books and information on a variety of subjects. Clients must obtain a library card to check out materials. No card is necessary to use facilities or materials, or to ask for information.

Mon, Wed, Thu 10:00 am - 6:00 pm;
Tue Noon - 8:00 pm;
Sat 10:00 am - 5:30 pm;
Fri, Sun closed

Program Fees:
No charge for Knox County residents/$40.00 for persons outside of Knox County.
Eligibility:
Client must obtain a library card to check out materials. Proof of residence and a fee is required if not a Knox County resident. No card is necessary to visit library and use materials on-site.
