Provides books and information on a variety of subjects. Clients must obtain a library card to check out materials. Card is free for Knox County residents. No card is necessary to use facilities or materials, or to ask for information. Hours vary by location, call specific branch for hours.

No charge for Knox County residents/$40.00 for a library card for persons outside of Knox County.

Eligibility:
