Provides books and information on a variety of subjects. Clients must obtain a library card to check out materials. No card is necessary to use facilities or materials, or to ask for information. Hours vary by location, call specific branch for hours of operation.

Mon , Tue, Thu 10:00 am - 8:00 pm;
Wed, Fri, Sat 10:00 am - 5:30 pm;
Sun closed

Program Fees:
No charge for Knox County residents/$40.00 for persons outside of Knox County.
Eligibility:
Client must obtain a library card to check out materials. Proof of residence and a fee is required if not a Knox County resident. No card is necessary to visit library and use materials on-site.
