Description:

Children on TennCare from birth to 21-years-old are able to receive needed health care services including free check-ups by health care providers, dental care and services, medical treatment, and behavioral health services. Free check-ups are recommended at regular intervals and include a health history, complete physical exam, lab tests (as appropriate), immunizations, vision/hearing screenings, developmental/behavioral screenings, and advice on how to keep children healthy.
