Description:
Raises awareness of health issues within the faith community and helps create networks and organization within churches that focus on health. Services include health need assessments, case management, referrals, and assistance in setting up faith-based health ministries, course designed to prepare RNs to function in role of parish nurse, ministries to the sick and to people with special needs.
