Description:

Assists by providing hearing aids for qualified low income people throughout middle Tennessee who have a diagnosable hearing loss and can benefit from hearing aids. All hearing aids provided are new, digital behind-the-ear hearing aids.

Phone Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Intake Process:

Call 1-877-354-3271 to leave a voicemail, stating your name and phone number. Can also email hearnashville@gmail.com. A volunteer will return phone call or reply to email as soon as possible. Next steps will be given to the client at that time.

* Must provide proof of income
* Copy of latest income tax form and bank statement may be required in some cases, depending on program

Sliding Scale determined by family income and family size

Eligibility:

Low income adults in Middle TN

* Clients will be required to take a hearing test before receiving assistance. Staff can help client set up a hearing test if he/she has not done so already.
