Description:

Provides evaluations for assistive technology options for people with disabilities referred from TN Vocational Rehabilitation, VA and school system to control their environment independently through voice or movement-based switches or computer commands. Aims to customize school environment and/or job to an individual's specific needs.

Hours:

Mon - Thu 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Fri 8:00 am - 3:00 pm

Intake Process:

Walk in or call for information. Accepts referrals from TN Vocational Rehabilitation, schools and Veterans Administration

Program Fees:

Fees vary; may be covered by referral source.

Languages:

Can provide Spanish speaking staff or who have American Sign Language capabilities with prior notice.

Eligibility:

Persons of any age with disabilities in all west TN counties.
