Provides a 24/7/365 hotline with support and information about breastfeeding and infant feeding, staffed by International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs). The hotline answers technical questions about breastfeeding, general infant feeding, breast pump rentals and local resources available to Tennessee families. The line can also answer questions about TN laws concerning breastfeeding and offers information about the WIC program. The hotline is run by a health service and technology company in Oregon named Pacify (www.pacify.com).
