Description:

Patients receive a complete physical exam and all appropriate lab tests. Provides women and their partners with information on the various methods of birth control and instructions on how to use the chosen method effectively.

Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Program Fees:

Fees are based on income and family size, but no one will be denied services because of inability to pay. All TennCare plans are accepted for services and payment plan schedules are available for women who are not TennCare eligible.

Eligibility:

Anyone in need of family planning.
