Provides comprehensive medical care and behavioral health services including pediatrics, women's services, physical examinations, immunizations, family planning, nutrition assistance and diagnosis and treatment of common ailments. Services are provided on an ability-to-pay basis and target low-income and indigent residents of the community.

We are dedicated to supporting the health of women and girls. Our team of obstetricians, gynecologists, nurse practitioners, and nutritionist provide women and girls nutrition counseling and screenings, such as Pap tests and mammograms, along with prenatal care and family planning. For our pregnant patients, we partner with Nashville General Hospital, St. Thomas at Rutherford County and Vanderbilt hospitals for safe delivery of new babies.
