The Johnson City Downtown Day Center Clinic is a Federally Qualified Health Center and teaching facility that provides primary care and behavioral health services to the community. For individuals 18 years of age and older.

The JCDDC is a satellite clinic of the Johnson City Community Health Center (JCCHC).

Accepts major insurance; sliding fee scale for uninsured.

Clinic: Monday- Friday; 8:00AM-4:30PM
Mental Health Clinic (Medication Management); Tuesday & Thursday 8:00AM - 4:30PM
Mental Health Counseling: Monday-Friday; 8AM-4:30PM
