A non-profit family practice clinic that is dedicated to providing access to primary health care regardless of the patient's ability to pay. The clinic specializes in the underinsured, no insured, and the underserved. They mostly offer primary care, but is willing to do whatever they can to help a patient with their health care needs. They pride themselves on offering quick service to their patients and never turning a patient away. The clinic is staffed by 3 main providers: a surgeon, a nurse practitioner, and a medical doctor; as well as a LPN on staff. When necessary, patients can receive referrals to specialists outside the clinic for additional care.

-Referrals for patients, such as cancer patients

Hours:

Monday: 8am - 12pm (Surgery Day)
Tuesday: 8am - 4pm (Full Day)
Wednesday: 8am -12pm (Half Day-but subject to change)
Thursday: 8am - 4pm (Full Day)
Friday: 8am - 4pm (Full Day)
Saturday & Sunday: CLOSED

Intake Process:

Walk-ins are welcome & appointments are available.
Patient just has to fill out some basic registration forms, and then will be seen pretty quickly by one of the service providers to assess their needs.

Program Fees:

Fees vary depening on the service provided & if have insurance or not, but no one will ever be turned away because they can't pay.

Languages:

English, but has access to an over-the-phone interpreting service for non-English speaking patients.

None. Will see just about anyone & will never turn anyone away because they can't pay; patient's needs come before money.

Rarely uses volunteers, unless needed for events. Mostly just takes college students for internships.
