Description:

Organization that offers a variety of programs, including but not limited to, fitness and wellness, sports and recreation, arts and enrichment, swimming lessons, lifeguard training, camps, and more, including the After Breast Cancer (ABC) program for survivors by survivors that provides education and healing for body, mind and spirit after a breast cancer diagnosis. Participants learn about healthy eating, resume or begin a regular exercise program that is right for them and form a healing community in small group discussions led by a trained facilitator.

Mon - Fri 5:00 am - 9:00 pm
Sat 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
Sun Noon - 6:00 pm

Program Fees:

Fees vary by program but the ABC program is free. Financial assistance may be available through the Open Doors program. Call for more information.

Eligibility:

Facility is open to all; swimming/swimming lessons are open to people ages 6 months and above. Parents must be in the water with children between 6 months and 3 years. Dance classes are available to youth ages 5-12; lifeguard training is available for ages 16 and older; the ABC program is open to all breast cancer patients and survivors
