Neighborhood Health - Downtown

Description

Provides basic medical care including physical examinations, school physicals, immunizations, family planning, birth control, sexually transmitted disease testing and treatment, chronic disease treatment including diabetes, nutrition assistance and diagnosis and treatment of common ailments. Lab tests and medication available. Free pregnancy tests for teens at all sites (fee for adults). Free reproductive health services, birth control, and family planning to teens at all sites. Counseling at all sites. Services are provided on an ability-to-pay basis and target low-income residents of the community. Note: Does not perform X-rays.

Sliding fee scale based on family size and income. Also accepts Medicare Advantage, TennCare, and private insurance.

Appointments preferred; Walk-ins accepted on a first come first serve basis.
