Low cost dental care for Middle TN residents age 1 and over with low incomes. Work is completed by students but supervised by licensed faculty.
Hours:
Office Hours: Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Appointments accepted at 8:00 am and 1:00 pm; Walk ins accepted 8:00 am -11:00 am and 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Intake Process:
Walk-in or call to schedule an appointment at 615.327.6669 if new patient or 615.327.6900 if returning patient; Make arrangements to arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time
Program Fees:
All services are affordable but not free. Accepts most private insurance, flexible spending accounts, Care Credit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, check, or money order. Uninsured patients must pay $60 for the initial appointment; payment in full will be due at all future appointments. Insured patients must pay co-payment or deductible amounts at time of service.

After 5 broken appointments within 24 hours of appointment time, patients will no longer be eligible to be seen at the clinic.
