Volunteer Opportunities:
Volunteers of any age are allowed to assemble food bags with appropriate supervision. Volunteers use personal vehicles to deliver food bags.Volunteers who are deemed mature can perform other jobs in the warehouse (moving pallets, sweeping, power washing, running floor scrubber)

Description
Provides bags of food every Friday when school is in session to students in the Robertson County School System who have been identified by the school system as being at risk of having little or nothing to eat over the weekend.

Provides funds to help babysitters and nannies who care for children in their own home in order to purchase more nutritious food. Average payment is about $90.00 per month, per child. Basic guidelines will be given for which foods to purchase and prepare.

* Babysitters and nannies who care for children in their own home * The child being cared for cannot be the babysitter's or nanny's child, step-child, grandchild, sibling, niece, nephew, or foster child legally in custody * Children must be from Robertson County or surrounding area * Children must be 12 or younger, unless parents are migrant workers * Children of migrant workers can participate through age 15 * Child's household income must be under certain limits (see website for guidelines)
