Description:

GROWWTH is an innovative workforce initiative designed to empower individuals across 21
West Tennessee counties by eliminating barriers, providing resources, training, job placement
and support to promote relational and occupational wealth within their households.

Grant funding allows us to offer a mix of services that include: (1) GROWWTH
Academy workforce readiness training, (2) Supportive services, (3) Access to resources, (4)
Milestone payments for participants in the program, (5) Job placement for those who qualify.

Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Eligibility:

(1) Those receiving or eligible to receive either: TANF/SNAP/Family
First/Section 8/Unemployed/Free or reduced lunch/Medicaid/Income at or below federal poverty
level (2) US Citizen (3) Guardian of a child living in the home 18 years or younger (4) Resident
of one of the 21 West Tennessee counties listed above
