About this Provider

Description:

Provides access to information and services for senior adults and adults with disabilities in Bedford, Coffee, Franklin, Giles, Hickman, Lawrence, Lewis, Lincoln, Marshall, Maury, Moore, Perry and Wayne Counties in TN as one of the regional nine AAAD centers in the state. Services vary by area and may depend on income and other eligibility criteria, but can include home delivered meals, free and impartial Medicare and TennCare insurance counseling through SHIP (State Health Insurance Program), homemaker assistance, home repair services for seniors, respite services for caregivers, long term care ombudsman which assists with nursing home or other long term care facility complaints, guardianship & conservatorship programs, senior centers, the loan of durable medical equipment, various housing programs such as CHOICES, which offers in home help to allow persons to stay in their own homes, senior centers and more.

Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Call for information or screening or see website; income and other eligibility criteria apply to certain programs, but all information is free
