Provides meals, socialization, activities and occasional outings, with no overnight stay.
Hours:
Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Intake Process:
Be assessed by staff, have a primary care physician complete paperwork, have available emergency contact person, attend Day Program free of fever or illness, and be able to get around with a walker or wheelchair.

Any senior adult that is ambulatory with assistance or self propelled with a wheelchair.
