Case managers work with the severely and persistently mentally ill to attempt to insure their stability in the community.

Program Fees:
Sliding-scale fee based on income and number of persons in the household; also accepts TennCare, Medicare, and some private insurance. Payments are due at the time of service. CAREY accepts cash, checks or money orders, but DOES NOT accept debit or credit cards.
Persons without insurance can apply through the office for assistance through the TN Dept of Mental Health Behavioral Safety Net
