Description

Learn the skills you need to become a certified lifeguard from the YMCA. All lifeguards trained by the Y are certified through the American Red Cross, a nationwide leader in water safety and lifeguard instruction. Many participants who complete lifeguard training are eligible to become employed at the Y as lifeguards.

Hours vary. Sessions are typically offered one weekend, per month. Fri 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm and Sat - Sun 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.

Description

Offers a variety of programs, with a focus on health and wellness. Services include access to a gym, health resources, a pool, personal training, group training, and fitness classes. Toddler, Youth, and Teen centers are also available to YMCA members while parents are using facilities.
