Teaches nutrition and consumer skills to eligible youth and adults in order to reduce the risk of poor nutrition, teaching to use food-stamps effectively, and move participants toward self-sufficiency. Also provides a 10-step education for TNCEP farmers landowners. Provides pest protection and soil testing.
