Description:

Works with individuals with disabilities teaching them how to perform day to day tasks and to function on their own, provides information and referral services for individuals with disabilities, including housing information and offers advocacy and a peer support group for persons with disabilities, as well as Youth Transition program which assists in the transition from high school to post-secondary education, employment and independent life, and a Transition program that helps persons move from a facility-nursing home into their home and community. NOTE: The office is open by appointment, with masks required.

Hours:

Mon - Thu 8:00 am - 3:00 pm; Fri 8:00 am - Noon
