Description:
Provides emergency and ongoing services to abused and/or neglected children, teens, their families. Services include investigation of reported abuse and/or neglect; referrals to community resources for diagnostic and counseling services; intensive, short-term case management in high risk cases to reduce risk and to help prevent removal of children from their families. Names of persons calling in referrals are confidential. Anyone with knowledge of child abuse is required by law to report it.
