Description:

Provides a group that meets weekly in Memphis to encourage members (builders, tinkerers, artists, craftsmen, makers and other creators) to share ideas and techniques under one roof in diverse areas of science, technology, art and craft. The group provides a community workspace with a variety of shop tools, shop access and space for project storage, usages and demonstrations. This Makers Group covers West TN, north MS and east AR and is open to anyone who is willing to travel to Memphis to participate in weekly meetings.

Apply through the website or email for information; visitors welcome to come to meetings; if applying for student or discounted membership rate, must provide student ID or proof of unemployment or other hardship

Program Fees:

$45.00/Individual Annual Membership Fees; Family, Student and Discounted Unemployed Rates available

Anyone in west TN interested in creating, tinkering, building and sharing ideas and expertise
