Life Choices Medical Center is a pregnancy Resource Center offering free and confidential pregnancy services. Provides the following services to residents of Roane, Loudon, Morgan, and Anderson Counties.:

*Free & Confidential Pregnancy Testing
*Limited Obstetrical Ultrasound
*STI/STD Testing and Treatment
*Material Support such as diapers, wipes, formula and baby items
*Parenting and Life-Skills Classes
*After Abortion Support
*Community Assistance Referrals

All of the above services are available to anyone who needs them, services can be obtained by walk-in, telephone, calling to schedule an appointment, or applying online. No fees are charged for any of these services.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 10:00am - 4:00pm
