Places children with trained and approved adoptive parents, and assists in placing unborn children with adoptive families. Accepts applications for prospective adoptive parents. Provides training for adoptive parents, monitors adoptive families.

Married or single persons who complete training and are approved by DCS, or persons wishing to have their unborn children adopted. Children freed for adoption.
