Provides supportive living residential services in the Wilson County area for men with mental health issues and/or developmental and intellectual disabilities. Offers medical and psychiatric supervision and medication monitoring, and recreational and life skills training programs.

Office Hours: Mon - Fri 7:30 am - 3:00 pm; Facility: 24/7
Intake Process:
Walk in or call for appointment
Program Fees:
$1600/month for room and board which includes everything needed (food, clothing, toiletries, OTC meds, activities, etc.) but no one is turned away if they can't pay the full fee. However, residents must have insurance to see the doctors.
