Front Desk Hours: Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Counseling Hours: Mon - T:00 am -8:00 pm, Fri 7:00 am - 6:00 pm, Sat 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Intake Process:

The first step in the process is an intake session with one of the agency's intake specialists. Due to current circumstances, the agency is offering both telehealth and in-person options. The intake session takes up to 30 minutes and is for the purpose of gaining background information, scheduling and therapist preferences, and goals for therapy. The intake specialist will also work with you to determine what your sliding scale fee will be. Sessions range from $25-$125/session. Financial documents such as your latest tax return, a W-2, or three recent paystubs must be submitted before this appointment. The intake appointment is half the price of your regular fee going forward. After this intake, your information and preferences would be taken into account to find the counselor that best fits your schedule and therapeutic needs.

$25.00-$125.00/session, depending on gross household income. Agency also offer a hardship application, which can reduce fees by 25% based on extenuating circumstances.

Eligibility:

Offers outpatient therapy but clinic is not an acute care center for mental health. Those needing more intensive treatment may be referred elsewhere.
