Crossroads Welcome Center is a starting point to end homelessness in Knoxville by meeting the homeless where they are and help them correct the problems and issues causing homelessness. Open Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 3:30 pm. Closed from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm for lunch.
