Description:

Provides individual, group, and family therapy for alcohol/drug abuse and services for domestic violence, grief, stress management, career counseling, attention deficit disorder, and anger management. Also provides psychiatric case management for clients with mental health issues. Accepts sliding-scale payment, TennCare and some private insurance.

Hours:

Mon - Thu 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Fri 8:00 am - 12:30 pm; New Client Intake: Mon - Thu 8:00 am - 2:30 pm

Intake Process:

Call for appointment; new clients should call 844-727-2778

Program Fees:

Fees vary by service. Accepts TennCare, some private insurance and private pay; for private pay, fees based on income.
