Trust Yourself is a gender-based violence prevention nonprofit that provides advocacy, education, and services to create healthier and safer communities in Tennessee. The organization aims to establish a society where domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking no longer exist.
Trust Yourself offers free, confidential, trauma-informed care services across six counties: Robertson, Rutherford, Sumner, Smith, Trousdale, and Wilson. These services include prevention programs, assistance for survivors in finding and accessing local resources, safety planning, support groups, and education on these critical issues.
